2nd Annual March on Washington

Hello Everyone, As you know the 912 Project / Resistnet March on DC is scheduled for 9-11-2010. One Step Productions is once again handling travel arrangements. They are holding the J.W. Marriott JUST FOR FLORIDA so that we call all lodge together. The J.W. Marriott is a 4 star hotel, right smack in the middle of the Mall, so it will be an easy walk to the March. Cost is $149 per night, which is a steal compared to the regular price of $300 per night. One Step Productions is also able to arrange very cheap airfare, (only $49 round trip from some Florida cities). Please see email below for more details, including contact information for reservations at the very bottom. God bless, Stephani Scruggs Florida Coordinator www.912Project.com Attention 912 Group and Bus Caravan Team Leaders: All of you either organized a bus through us, we assisted you in organizing one of your own or you went onto our bus database that was posted on Resistnets, Grassfires, Freedomworks, Tea party patriots or the 912 Projects site. Regardless of how you got to DC, we have you on our database list we compiled weeks prior to the show. The reason I am contacting you all is that once again, One-Step has been asked to participate as a travel partner with the 912 March once again (but much earlier this time around. I have the following hotels that I just signed for this next year march. I am leaving it open for my people that worked with it last year to have first grabs at the hotels listed below. As they fill up, I will pull them off the list. As you can see, on peak nights we have tons of rooms. I need you all to ask for option 1, 2 and 3. We will try to get you in your first option but response time will determine where you go. Ideally, we would like to keep states in a given hotel. The idea is to ensure that we get everyone in the hotel they want, with their buses and states. We would like to guarantee meeting space for them to make their signs and hold any meetings they choose to hold as well. So, look them over. The site is now active to register for the march and the rooms will go up within the next week or so (see link at end of email) . So plan ahead.get your people ready. We are going to storm the hill in numbers they cannot even imagine. I already have over 5000 requests for rooms and have not even listed the hotels. Everyone wants to come now that came and those that came will have at least forty more that did not that now want to as well. This march could feasibly bring over 5 million people! Possibly more. The march is going to be on September 11th (peak nights will be Friday-Sunday like last year). There will be meetings during the Thursday and Friday like last year but those have not been determined as of yet. We will have the agenda details out to you all as quickly as possible regarding meetings. WE can always add nights to your stays if you decide later that you want to come into town earlier. But all hotels are up for grabs. Currently it is looking like Florida is taking the JW Marriott and Georgia is leaning toward the DC Renaissance again. The Mayflower is another excellent choice. Keep in mind, when selecting these hotels that the march is starting with a rally in the morning at the Capitol, then the march from the Capitol ending at the Lincoln Memorial and the rally will be on the National Mall from the Lincoln Memorial to the Washington Monument and at least another block on the other side of the Washington Monument. We should easily be able to fit 2 3 million in that area we will have on the National Mall and spill over could accommodate even more! It will be truly impressive. During the LBJ inauguration, with just the one side of the National mall having people seated in chairs, the number of people in attendance was over 1.2 million so we know we can fit at least 3 million seated if not more scattered on the ground, standing and milling. Since it is 9/11, the rally at the National Mall after the march will be a Memorial Service and the rally in the morning at the Capitol will be the political rally. That is what is planned so far.as you know.things can change. So join us.plan ahead and be ready in advance. You can really increase your numbers if you start now from your own individual locales. Those that had one bus can easily fill multiple buses and those with several buses will be able to do caravans of their own! So lets do this!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you all with me? Then look at the hotels below and see what you think. Then reply back with your first choices for your groups. These hotels will be online to be booked starting Monday or Tuesday of this next week. They are already fully signed and committed to the march attendees as of last week, though at the rates below.
